About the Assessment: This 25-item assessment will be answered by up to 7 self-selected raters and yourself. You will receive a customized report and development planning guide. The assessment measures emotional intelligence - how aware we are of ourselves and others, as well as how we manage ourselves and our relationships in five clusters of emotional and social competencies:
Self-Awareness - awareness of our skills and handicaps.
Self-Management - managing ourselves.
Social Awareness - awareness of how others perceive us and how we perceive others.
Relationship Management - our interest and ability to serve others.
Self-Esteem - an overall evaluation of our self-worth.
