Program Objective: Creates Forums for CEOs and Senior Executives. The objective of these forums is to balance the quality of our lives by openly sharing the biggest issues that deeply affect our personal lives; our relationships with family and friends; and our business.
Organizations exist to provide shared experiences among their CEO members. The most productive training comes from forming volunteer groups of 8/10 CEOS, from different, unrelated industries, that commit to meeting monthly to share their experiences. Although the early outcomes vary, over time, bonds are developed that allow the safety and comfort to openly disclose personal issues affecting their lives. These groups, or 'Forums' allows each to examine options from the shared experiences.

Program Objective: The Science of Charisma and Connection is comprised of two all day, three coaching sessions, and four two hour meetings followed by (9) monthly two hour meetings. This Process Designed Training (PDT) follows an evidenced based, scientific method for increasing your social connection and leadership contribution. The course is designed for human resource and leadership development professionals, meeting in forum like groups of minimum (6) and maximum (8) participants. The course includes assessments that effectively measure emotional social competences, wellbeing, bonding and leadership impact charisma and connection measures.
